The Parellada and Garnacha Blanca grapes, the best traditional white varieties found in our highest vineyards, produce fruity, aromatic wines with moderate alcoholic strength, such as San Valentn. Created by Miguel Torres Carb as a gift to his wife, Margarita Riera, on Saint Valentine’s Day.
