Description
Colour: Light yellow with very bright greenish hues. Scent: Fresh notes of orange blossom, thyme, rose and lavender. Taste: Fresh, snappy and mineral with a sea-salt tinged and fruity aftertaste. It maintains a very good balance between softness and acidity.
