The intrinsic Sauvignon Blanc characteristics of tropical fruits, melon and gooseberry, with underlying tones of pineapple and passion fruit sustained on a fresh, crisp and well-balanced palate with prodigious length. Sauvignon Blanc is much loved for its freshness, mouth watering acidity and upfront fruit. Rustenberg makes a slightly fuller, richer style of Sauvignon Blanc without relying on the influence of oak.
