A top-end traditional Pastis. Hand-crafted, made with star anise and other herbs and spices including clove, nutmeg, cardamom, black and white pepper, artemisia and centaury. The appearance is off white to slightly light greenish. A nose with delicate hints of liquorice, cardamom, pepper, strongly aromatic. Its taste is very light, thirst-quenching, refreshing, fine, and delicate. Great length and persistence on the finish. Its taste and colour are completely natural with no addition of sugar. Perfect as an aperitif.
