Bols Creme de Cassis is a liqueur made from blackcurrants, which grow in the vicinity of Dijon, the capital of Burgundy in France. A sweet, rich and fruity blackcurrant (cassis) flavour with a long-lasting finish. Straight, on the rocks, excellent in cocktails or in any other mixed drink. Most widely used as a mix with white wine, champagne or dry vermouth.
