Deep, clear, amber-caramel appearance. Notes of apple and spiced plum, toasted crumble topping, caramelised brown sugar, maple syrup and pecan nuts. Really deep and intense on the palate, with suggestions of leather, date and fig. Fabulously rich and full-bodied, with a fragrant, cedary, woody finish. A little sip goes a long way. Amazing sustain in the mouth. Wow.
