Description
Vineyard: The grapes for this wine are all sourced from Antinori’s own estate vineyards within Tuscany. Winery: The grapes were de-stemmed, crushed and gently pressed. After cold settling, the juice was racked and alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature not exceeding 15-17 DegC. The wine was racked again, stored at a low temperature for a short period in stainless steel tanks and then bottled. Taste: One of Tuscany’s original roses, Cipresseto shows a delightful mid-pink colour, aromas of blackcurrant and cherry, and an attractive crisp balance.
