Description
Shiny, salmon-pink robe. Intense, refreshing bouquet with notes of ripe stone fruit. Excellent body. Long in the mouth with a very characteristic texture. Serve well-chilled as an aperitif or, ideally, with tapas, a salmon gravlax, salads or fresh Provencal vegetables. Nose: Classic Provence. Floral, clean, fresh berries first then followed by fresh herbs and flowers – like walking through a Provence lavender field on an early summer morning. Palate: The harmony of bright acidity, rich text and dry finish show the completeness of this wine. Creamy strawberry notes up front and lingering flavours of fresh basil, thyme and lavender.
