Description
Colour: The tint is a pearly pink, the effervescence fine and joyous. Nose: A discreet first impression of peony, wild rose and forest undergrowth, followed by fruity hints of redcurrant, candied cherry and pomegranate with softer hints of strawberry jam giving way to spicier touches of cinnamon. Palate: An ample and velvety wine with a touch of romanticism. The softness of redcurrants, morello cherries and pomegranate joins with more delicate notes of violet and liquorice. A fine balance evolving toward brown sugar.
