A heady combination of all natural chocolate rum and coffee in every sip! The subtle taste of coffee followed by an oak laden chocolate flavoured rum is the result of an intriguing production method. RumJava is twice distilled in a copper column pot still at 160 -180 proof from sugar can grown in Clewiston Florida. Upon completion of the distillation process, freshly roasted Java’Mon chocolate, red wine and spice coffee beans are added and into a tote of rum (250 Gallons) and periodically stirred and checked for flavour. At the end of 30 days, other natural ingredients (Cacao Nib) are added to create RumJava Cacao’Mon. The rum is then filtered, hand bottled and hand sealed for shipment.
