Description
A rarely seen zero-dosage Prosecco, this is bone dry, yet still succulent and ripe. There is a nutty, bitter almond quality which alongside a distinct minerality, gives greater depth to the typical blossom and crisp apple notes that run through the wine. A site-specific wine of real distinction.
