Made from 100% Shiraz from Domaine Jean-Luc Colombo and named after a small cove on the Blue Coast. Freshness and intensity dominate with notes of violets and iris blended with fresh raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry fruits. Some notes of coffee, spices and liquorice also. All combine to produce a well-structured, round and balanced wine with a long, lingering finish. The harvest is de-stemmed followed by maceration for 3 weeks. Then, the ageing lasts one year in relatively new oak barrels.
