Golden silver colour. Floral geranium, honeycomb, dried fruit and pudding aromas with a silky, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a grainy, parchment, peppery spice, and mineral finish. On the taste it’s a little sharp but very pleasant and light. Just slips down the throat. The sharpness is just a tingling on the tongue. Platte Valley Corn Whiskey is 100% straight corn whiskey and has been aged for three years. It was distilled in Illinois by the McCormick Distilling Company which was established in 1856. Presented in an earthenware moonshine jug.
