The team at Two Birds love good old English berries – they use them in a few of their spirits – and their Raspberry Vodka is no exception. Their first attempts were made using home grown berries from their own allotment. They now source the finest, fresh raspberries from the English countryside. Serve with 50ml Raspberry Vodka, 125ml fresh cloudy apple juice and served with lots of ice in a tall glass. Throw in a couple of fresh raspberries and a slice of apple on the side.
