Unmistakably a rum on the nose, smooth on the palate, but without the viscous mouthfeel of sugar-sweetened rums. A delicate floral character with notes of honeycomb, vanilla and roast cobnuts on the palate. An elegant finish with raisin and oak and a sweet, clean texture.
