Gin infused with red fruits, blackberry, blueberry, currant and strawberry. Sweet and silky. Ideal for the uninitiated and those seeking a pleasant, fruity gin. Tasting notes: Bright pink in colour, aromas of berries, hint of strawberry and gooseberry on the palate with a mild but pleasant and bitter, juniper aftertaste. Perfect serve: Add a slice of strawberry to a balloon glass and one ounce of 70% cocoa chocolate. Serve 5th Fire 50ml and complete with a sugarcane based tonic.
