In 2022, a new developed recipe for the Absinthe was developed with a strong nose of sweet fennel andanise. Ontastingthere is an initial sweetness of fennel and aniseedalongside floralnotesfrom rose and citrusy lemon peel, with boldnotesof wormwood that add a bitternessalongside other subtle herbalnotesadded from 8 different herbs including cardamon, caraway, liquorice and almonds.The lasting note on the tongue is from the fennel and star anisegiving a balanced flavour to gowith the warmingnature of the drink.
