Description
Medium to full-bodied palate with pear, sweet cream, saddle soap, and pepper flavours. Finishes with slightly tannic, dry yet fruity notes akin to a powdered-sugar-dusted fruit tart fade. This brandy is made from 13-lbs of Quebranta grapes per bottle (i.e the grape content of 1 bottle of Macchu Pisco equals that of 5 bottles of wine) free of added sugar, emzymes, yeast or water, this all-natural spirit is rested for minimum 1 year before it is bottled.
